Hi All,
I'm a newbie in this form and would really appreciate any assistance I can get to solve my problem.
This is the current formula used
=IF(G4>5,0,IF(G4>3,10,IF(G4>1,20,IF(G4>0,20,30))))
to detail this
if counts >5 =0
if counts >3 =10
if counts >1 =20
if counts >0 =20 else points = 30
now I need to add this condition in the current formula
3 or more instances of reported cases that falls under level 1 or 2 category; or
1 instance of reported cases that falls under level 3 or 4 category or
more than 5 cases then point is 0
Please help how do I do this. Thank you in advance.
