Looking how to do multiple dependaent drop downs

Good afternoon. I am looking to do a spread sheet for our condo that assists in enter information and eliminate potential wrong addresses. Our condo has 7 villas. Each Villa has multiple buildings. Each building has a different number of units. I am looking that when I enter a Villa number, the next box's drop down has only the building numbers for that villa. After the building is selected, the next drop down box will have only the list of letters for that building. example Villa 22 is selected, Villa 22 has 8 buildings, building 2 has 6 units. so I would select Villa 22, the drop down in next box would be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. I select 2, the next drop down would be A,B,C,D.E,F. How can I set this up? I am a novice so be gentle. lol Thank you all for you help.

Thank you but this doesn't work because I am only using numbers for certain field and it won't let me name the range by just number.

User Form approach as per attached file.
To make numbers work enter them with a preceding "'" (single apostrophe) - Excel treats this as a text entry.
It does NOT work if you try to format the column as text.
Or try this method of entry with the site recommended by other post.
