Need formula which will show both value AND percentage in same cell

I need help with the following:

I need a formula which will show both the value AND percentage (increase or decreased from previous month's value) in the same cell:

(this is an example I found, of how I want it to be:

R16 682.86 R17 872.98 ▲ 7.13% (% increase must be green, and % decrease must be red)

So, if the percentage increase (gain) or decrease (loss) must show in the same same as the current month (so difference between July 2020 and August 2020 must show next to August 2020 figure)
