Need a Column of cells to highlight when the result is a minimum of 10% decrease in value

I am looking for help with a Conditional Formatting formula. What I am trying to do is identify which employees are able to achieve a weekly result that is less than 10% or the previous month results. In the attached doc I am looking for all the employees whose December 7th results (column H) are a minimum 10% less than Nov results (Column E). When they are I will have the Column H cell for that employee change a different fill color. Then I will duplicate for the subsequent weeks.

    Re: Conditional Formatting formula

With months in E,F,G always in "mmm results" with month is 3 characters (Jan Results, Feb Results,...)

Try CF in H3 conditional formatting :

    Re: Conditional Formatting formula

I think I'm still missing something. This formula is letting me know if the result is less than 10% but what I need the formula to tell me is if the result is the result is more than 10% drop of the value in column E for this month. Example. In E3 the total is 1240.3. So if the value of H3, then I3, J3 etc is 1116.3 or less (1240.3*.10=1116.3) then the cell will highlight. So if the total in H3 is 1120-no highlight, if H3 is 1112 yes highlight. These are call times and we are providing an incentive for call takers to lower their call times by at least 10% over the previous month and then maintain for the month.
