Need to return first occurrence of Job in array

I need to return a "S/O" (Tab "Cart 1", column D) from Tab: Master sheet based on job #.

So I need excel to search first occurrence for job from "Cart 1" B2 and return the S/O from the "master sheet" tab (Columns E-G) from the corresponding job line.

For example: I need "Cart 1" D2 to return S/O 15372 from the "Master Sheet" tab because job 19714 occurs first in cell F3.
