Find cell content based on character containing in the cell and value in another column

I need help please to find (to be showed in $H3) the last data entry in a cell of a column called "Tests Done" (Column $E ) containing a specific character (defined in $H2) for an product list in column called "Batch#" (Column C) with ID value defined in $H1. Also to find the previous cell value under the same conditions (to be showed in $H4).

Thank you for your prompt answer, but I need the previous value in the cell where both condition are satisfied. the previous cell that contain the character specified in $H2, corresponding with the product from the column $C called Batch# specified in $H1. If I do what you suggest , I just get the previous contiguous cell to the original found it. I will appreciate any hint to solve this question. To illustrate my problem I manage a list of products (identified by batch#, what I call 111,222,333,etc) I have to test for different methods (that is what I call b1,b2,b3,,etc), what I need is being able to retrieve the more recently list of test done that contains a specific test, like "b1" for example, for a specific batch# and also find the tests performed before the last one, that also contain the specific "b1" test. That in my excel spreadsheet could happen a year before, so you can see how useful could be to get the previous value for that particular Batch#. Thanks again and Best Regards
