Help matching a numbered value with a text value, multiple times

Hi there, I am the worst in explaining the logic, but here it goes..

If column H (SQFT) falls within a range, and matches Column G, then Column I will be a value based on a table (see file.jpg)
I think I've got a start here with this formula, =IF((AND(H2>=500,G2="B")),"8","False") however I am not sure how to match
it against multiple text values in Column G, and check against multiple ranges on column H?

Columns A2, B2, and C2 (in file.jpg) are not relevant, and do not need any matching

Please excuse my wording, or lack of. Thank you for any insight and help!
