Can you assist to check on my index match formula, as I can't match the correct answer from the sample 1 started from row Ken to row King.

    Re: Index Match Dynamic Lookup

Your vertical lookup range was incorrect - it started at A1 instead of A4. Use this:

    =INDEX($B$3:$D$12,MATCH($F4,$A$3:$A$22,0),MATCH(G$3,$B$2:$D$2,0))

    Re: Index Match Dynamic Lookup

I'm also having a similar issue. I fixed the formula as you described which corrected the 1st row of data but copying formula down didn't work.
