Concatenate - Roundup - Sum

My equation does not work as I want.

=CONCATENATE("Dollars $ ",ROUNDUP(2,SUM(F2:F2000)))

It produces 'Dollars $2'.
It should produce 'Dollars $ 62.25'.

I knew I had the order wrong.
I changed it to RoundDown. Now it works perfect.
