Return TRUE if data is incomplete, but not if all options are blank

I am trying to build a formula that returns:

    FLASE
    • No fields are filled in.
    • All fields are filled in.

    TRUE
    • When 1 or several fields of data are filled in, but not all. The data has been started, but is incomplete.

The yellow highlighted cell fill is just to show empty cells, no formatting required.

    Thanks!
