I tried pivot table but pivot only only sum, min, max, product etc but not median.
I have sales data by region in the attached file. I need median by region in column D. I know how median formula works if i had to it on sets of numbers but i need it by Region. So may be i need median IF or something like that. i tried pivot table but it didn't work either.

**Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts braces {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).Please Login or Register to view this content.
