Hi Guys
I have the following If formula built
=IF(AND(R15="Yes",S15="Yes",Y15="Yes"),"Yes","No")
but when any of R/s/y15 return a no - the cell is not returning a no it continues to show a Yes
any ideas on what I've done wrong?

So what was the problem, then?
me in a nutshell!
I think I've been staring at this for too long. And the Y15 - should have been a T15. but I just couldn't see the problem for looking at it. one of the trees for the forest moments.
LOL! Been there, got the T-shirt ...
