Fix the formula to constant cell

Hello,

In the attached sheet, i need to help on the formula with column "L"
I want to copy paste the formula L3 till the end of the column, but need the constant cell in the formula to change to after the blank row.

So formula =((F3-$J$1)/7-(SUM(M$2:M2))) should change to =((F3-$J$1)/7-(SUM(M$6:M2))) after the blank cell and so on .... without manually going and changing the M$

I have attached the workbook with 2 sheets. Expiry (2) is the one what happens when i copy paste the formula till end, then i have to manually go and change formula to get result which is in Expiry (1)

Is is possible to fix the cell in formula after blank row or some other work around to get the same result in Expiry (1)

Deleted by GK. Formula incompatible with Excel 2007 (version used by Poster).
