    Combining Multiple cells into one

I have been struggling with this and I am frustrated so I am hoping one of you excel geniuses can do this in a quick step. I work for public health and don't have the time to play that I once had and I know the solution is a simple one. I have combined cells many times using using this manual formula for several cells =b2 & " " & c2 but it has been a long time since I have had to do one for many cells. The spreadsheet I currently have has over 100 email addresses I want to combine into one cell so I can copy and past it into outlook without having to create a whole distribution list for it. I have created the attached spreadsheet as an example. I need a ; + a space in-between each email address. What I am struggling with is an array formula that I do not have to type out each cell and everything I have tried has failed. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.

Is your profile correct and you are using Excel 2007? Prior to Excel 2016, Excel didn't have an easy non-manual technique of concatenating ranges. There is a semi-manual technique but I'd have to go back in my notes to find it. Want to make sure of your Excel version first.

Okay, I may have misspoken when I said 2016. It might be 2019 where TEXTJOIN and CONCAT are added as functions.
Test by going to an empty cell and start typing =TEXTJ and see if it gives you TEXTJOIN as an option.

Here's what you do on older versions of Exel.
Assuming your data is in columns and let's say you want to concatenate B2:B100 and separate them by comma & space.
    In a cell, type
    =CONCATENATE(TRANSPOSE(B2:B100 & ", "))
Then in the formula bar, select TRANSPOSE(B2:B100 & ", ") and hit F9
    Now hit ENTER
    Everything should be concatenated.
If your values are in rows as in your example, you don't need the TRANSPOSE at all
