Dropdown List and Dashboard (Assistance on Formula) - Briefed in my description

    Dear Excel experts,

I have got a humble request as follows:

    1) Dropdown list able to pick more than one risk incident. For e.g., Business tab (Column F), if you notice the drop down list only can pick one. I need to pick more than one Risk Type from
Column F3, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk (Not just Credit risk)

    2) Based on above i wish the Dashboard able to pick up more than one risk incident selected - For e.g., Business tab Column F3, i select Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk and Market Risk. The dashboard able to populate the numbers based on the relevant risk. Credit Risk (1), Liquidity Risk (1) and Market Risk (1). Now it is zero for Liquidity and Market Risk.

Not sure if these need formula's or VBA/Macro. Appreciate any assistance.

I have attached the excel for sample.

    Regards,
    Steve

I don't know if it means this, the attachment has a defined name and a formula

Rewrite the formula in the Dashboard area of your worksheet C5:E8

Thanks for helping, but the problem is not solved.

For e.g.,on Business tab (F3), i want the drop down to be multiple choice. For e.g., within the same column(F3) im able to select Market Risk, Credit Risk, etc. It should not limit me to pick only one option.

Lets assume i have picked Market Risk(C7), Credit Risk(C5) & Liquidity Risk(C6), my dashboard must able to generate the following numbers for Business(C5:C7):

    Market risk 1
    Liquidity risk 1
    Credit risk 1

At the moment i only can select one from the dropdown list and since i can only select one, the dashboard just show one result. For e.g., if i select market risk, it will show as market risk 1
