    Lightbulb Excel Top 10 Dashboard

    Hi All,

I need help with creating a dashboard with the top 10 highest values.

In detail, I have a table with lots of devices that are under service. In this table, I have a column called "Days in Service", this value I have from today`s date minus the open date of the "ticket" (when I receive the device).
My idea is to create in a separate sheet a dashboard in which I can automatically display the top 10 devices that are in service for more than n days.

If somebody can help I`ll be very grateful.

    Thank you

Easier with your workbook - see big yellow banner at the head of the page.
    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

ot even choose top 10 in the filter options under number. I do not understand the top 10 vs the top 10 with more than n days service (unless in this case the top 10 will only by a number smaller than 10

There's nothing wrong with the forlulae. I changed them here to the format that is my personal preference and changed the ranges to cover 200 rows. If you need more, change the bits in red

    =INDEX(DATA!A:A,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW('RESULTS HERE'!$A$2:$A$200)/($E2=DATA!$I$2:$I$200),COUNTIF($E$2:$E2,$E2)))

    and

    =LARGE(DATA!$I$2:$I$200,A2)

Remember to use ; instead of , since you're in Italy
