Importing data from multiple files changing file names

I have a daily sheet saved using a date as the file name.
I have this formula to pull the data into another file.
    ='[DISPATCH MASTER CDL UPDATED 11.25.2020.xlsm]INPUT'!$A$3
The issue I have is the file name [DISPATCH MASTER CDL UPDATED 11.25.2020.xlsm] will change.
I need to combine the data from approximately 10 different files and then i will combine the data on another tab within the new file.
This is for a payroll spreadsheet, so will have multiple files, one for each day of a pay period, and another file to compile all the other daily information together.
I am at a loss of how to do this with out performing a lengthy copy paste from each file.

Yes they do, the only difference is the cell contents and the file name

I have a feeling that payroll is being done using something more recent than the 2003 version of Excel.
If you are using the 2010, or more recent, version of Excel and if the files are in the same folder then the linked video tutorial may be of assistance.
The video explains how to import multiple files in the same folder using Power Query which is standard with Excel 2016, 2019 and the 365 version and is a free add-in for the 2010 and 2013 versions.
