    Mandatory Overtime Rotating List

Need some help in creating a mandatory overtime rotating list. The list also needs to account different variables that would alter who is up for mandatory overtime any given day/shift from a list/roster of who is currently working on that day/shift.

    Variables like:
    (1) Last Mandatory Date
    (2) Seniority ####
    (3) Natural Friday
    (4) Schedule Leave
    (5) Light Duty
    (6) Training
    (7) On-Call

These variables would alter the list as to who is up for mandatory any given day/shift based on what variables applies to staff. For transparency among staff it would display what variables all staff have whos up for mandatory

can someone please point me in the right directions or bless me/staff with something I that will help.

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

    Re: Mandatory Overtime Rotating List

Yes, so "Natural Friday" is what we call your actual "Friday" after working 5 days.
For example your normal schedule work week is M-F but you have leave schedule on Friday. -- So, Thursday is your "un-natural" Friday.

so when it come to holding someone mandatory on their "natural" Friday. He/She will place lower on the mandatory list as oppose to someone that has an "un-natural" Friday.
