Vlookup data result is fist name last name but i need to have last name, first name

I have a cell (c3) that is a result of a vlookup from another sheet sheet2 cell e3. The result is first name last name but what i need for the result (c3) is last name, first name.
I know the formula for vlookup and the formula for the flipping of first and last name but i dont know how to combine them.

If you know how to get the names individually and how to flip them, then you can join them together (presumably with a comma and space in between) like this:

=VLOOKUP_for _last_name &", "& VLOOKUP_for_first_name
