Auto populate values for a month based on a previous months value

Hello,
I am struggling creating a formula that will auto populate a value for equipment servicing. Example: every 2,000 hours a service needs to happen. Based on the last service at 10,000, I need the month that is projected to be 12,000 hours to return a value "1". And then based on that I need the month that is projected to be 14,000 hours to return a value of "1" again and so on. I have attached an example. The highlighted red cells are the values I am trying to auto populate. The blue cells are the values to manually be entered.

Thank you, this is working great. But if I change the "Hours Per Month" Cell G1 to a value such as 440, the function no longer works. Can this same function be used?

This is working great for me. Thank you! I should have included this in my original example, but can the same type of function be used with dates instead of hours based on the column month they are in?
