data purification

please help in generating a formula,

i have data in a cell which contain multiple characters like,

adfgdfgdhjrfghyujhgfdserdfgcvbvbnmnjuh

this data need to be purified that, all characters to be pasted only once from the given data like,

a d f g h j r y u s e c v b n m

Please help, the sample file is attached

How about
=UNIQUE(MID(C6,SEQUENCE(,LEN(C6)),1),1)

for Excel without new functions
