Filtering Data by Using ListBox Selection to Display All Data in Set Range

    Greetings again,

I have a "Data" sheet that contains a breakdown of our annual performance report. Right now, I have it working correctly, but only by individual ranks. I want to be able to
view the entire listing by selecting "ALL RANKS" in the ListBox. I added this after doing my review on this. What I am trying to do is the following.

If my drop down ListBox contains "ALL RANKS" then display all data in the "Data!B2:E2" range, starting on the "Dashboard" page under "Member" in C22
if it ListBox contains other ranks, I want to leave the function alone (i.e. if I click "TSgt" in the ListBox it will automatically populate the "TSgt")

I have attached the workbook I am using to help make this easier. I truly appreciate everyone's help in this quest.

Hi Iam, on your Data Tab, in cell G2 put =IF(Dashboard!$V$2="ALL RANKS",F2,IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(Dashboard!$V$2,B2)),F2,"")) then drag it down to G21.
If All Ranks is selected, it will populate the helper1 number to the helper2 number in all rows, which will be the entire list.
    Squeaky.
