    Power Interest Matrix in columns

I have a spread sheet that I'm using for a Stakeholder Analysis and Management Plan.

I'd like to be able to incorporate a power/interest matrix in to the plan.

Is it possible to have the value of column C set to be subject to the values in columns A & B?

I'm sure it can be done, but I can't work out how to make it work.

    Hope someone can help.
