    Possible VLookup Formula?

    Please see attached.

    I'm looking for help on the FTE Calcs tab, Cols K-M. The value of K2 should be .13, L2 should be .13, and M2 should be blank because it's outside the range of start date/end date. My vlookup isn't working, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I'm sure it's something simple, but I'm not seeing it.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
    since you have a table formatting applied - your titles are displayed as text and not as date.
    if you remove the table formatting you can use this in K2 and across:

    =IF(AND(K$1>=$E2,K$1<=$F2),$J2,"")

    Thanks Belinda,
    I had this formula at one point, but was still trying it against the column title. I need the table formatting, so I just added a hidden row that will have those values.
