How can I combine a VLOOKUP or an INDEX with an IF AND function for a calendar?

Hello! I've made progress with the help of other users however I've been trying to find a way to use VLOOKUP like column C or INDEX like column F in the Predictor for future sheet to find the estimated time in column C of the Input Data sheet to populate in the calendar section for the corresponding year and month kind of like how the code is already written. I've been trying to adjust the code for row 2 column A titled banana and row 2 column Q to populate the estimated time from the Input Data sheet. Thank you for your help!
