    cycle through dates

I am a nurse I needs help in a formula. my goal is to know which nurses have taken care of covid+ patients by creating a list of nurses and input the date they have taken cared of one, then be able to cycle through them to see whos next to care for a covid+. This way i can keep track of which nurses have not taken cared of one or not taken cared of one for a while this way I would be fair to all the nurses

    list of names
    dates cared for covid+
pop up telling me whos next and be able to skip if that nurse is not on duty

any suggestion would help to make it a more effective.
    thank you

Here is a slightly different idea. The yellow highlight indicates the nurse who has the least recent COVID duty so should be up next.

Can I confirm your Excel version? You have stated the very old Excel 2003 - is that correct, or do you actually have Excel 365? If the latter, please update your forum profile.
