    Help with INDEX and MATCH

I have been trying this for a while but can't seem to figure it out. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? In the attached workbook I am trying to:

Look at a value in tblObjectives|Goal
    Find the match in tblGoals|Goal
Return the adjacent value in tblGoals|Perspective

Example: FIND "Integrate Teams" and RETURN "Operations"
Example: FIND "Manage Budgets" and RETURN "Financial"

    Thanks for the help

Re: Help with INDEX and MATCH

    Try this:

    =INDEX(tblGoal[Perspective],MATCH(Objectives!C2,tblGoal[Goal],0))

This will also give the correct result using only table labels:

    Formula: copy to clipboard
