The selection button 2 change the letters with this formula

It is not clear what you need. Now you are selecting one letter from one alphabet. What do you want to select from three different words? What result do you want?

I am thinking this is not difficult once we understand what you want to do.

as for the letters of the alphabet selection buttom2 they change
do the same for the 3 words of the range H3:H5
