    Conditional Formatting

I have pretty average skills when it comes to excel but I'm trying to help a friend out by creating a spreadsheet.

In this spreadsheet he's asked me to highlight if people have had a good weight loss/gain that week. As people have different goals, I'm not sure how to change the conditional formatting for this.

So, if someone's goal is to lose body fat, I want it to:
Highlight red for greater than 0
Highlight amber for equal to 0
Highlight green for less than 0

Then for someone who is trying to gain muscle mass, or weight, I want it to:
Highlight green for greater than 0
Highlight amber for equal to 0
Highlight red for less than 0

And for someone who is trying to maintain their weight, I want it to:
Highlight red for less than or greater than 0
    Highlight green for 0

I've tried looking at AND and IF formulas for this but I can't get it to work.

Thanks for anyones help in advance
