Power Query custom formula not working for 1 single condition

Hi all,

I have created a formula within powerquery which is essentially a nested if/and combination. Every single condition except 1 will work and I can't understand why?! I feel like I have missed something really simple but I can't figure it out.

I've made and attached a dummy data sample, essentially it is looking at when a person was communicated with and making a 'grouping' based on which media forms were used (e.g. if call only then 'call only', if call and email then 'Call and Email'), everything works great except one of the 'only' categories. Really strange and banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why! As it isn't reporting any errors in the formula itself.

Many thanks - any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the document but the power query code is below, and it is the "MP Letter Only" category not working, I also tried putting that one ahead of the letter and email isolated categories but still no joy.

Thank you for your reply! Can you explain what you've done and why mine didn't work? As I need to do this in the real document so want to make sure I get each step correct. Looks like you've made another table and a list and merged, is that right?
