Combine multiple tables (some blank rows) into master table

I would like to retrieve data from multiple tables into one master table. The tables I'm trying to retrieve from may or may not have data in every row and I'm not sure what the best method to use is....Help!
    Thanks

I would use PowerQuery to append the three source tables and then remove the columns you don't need in the summary table.
