Hi guys - Quick question, is there a way to show the last Date a workbook was modified in a cell, instead of =TODAY() or =NOW()?

One-and-a-half choices.
1. VBA... is that OK?
2. (the half choice) CTRL ; will enter an non-updating datestamp and CTRL : a non-updating timestamp in a cell. You have to remember to do it... hence half a choice.
otherwise, no.
Are you OK to use an .xlsm format?

Yes that's fine with me, though I have no experience or knowledge of VBA, I just wanted to have the date shown instead of showing the current date every time I open the workbook.
Probably you have as much VBA as I do....
Try this. I have it formatted to show hh:mm:ss as well.... you can change the formatting if/when you agree it's OK.
Open enabling macros. add stuff to a few cells. Save. Remember the time in A1. Close file. Reopen the file. It "should" show the last save date/time...
Maybe...
Thank you, I believe its getting closer. It switches to the time that I open the file after saving the added data. I saved it again without adding more data and it did the same thing.
I think the "trick" is to select Don't Save each time when closing out.
