Cell reference (from other sheet) in logical condition of IF

I have a need to use cell reference from other sheet in logical condition of IF statement. Not sure possibility of this but any help is appreciable

Unable to add workbook so added screenshots from both sheets

I have sheet 1 with the conditions
I have sheet 2 where i use IF formula and in Column G have formula that uses column J and I of same sheet. In the IF formula I have conditions in IF statement like <=10, <=20 which i want to be dynamic and driven depending on the value in sheet 1.

EVERYONE is allowed to attach a workbook.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

To refer to sheet 1 cells, you would use, for example, Sheet1!F7
