Formula to look up 2 columns of data and return data from another Worksheet

Hi, I need some help with the following please...

I have a table of data (example attached) on the Pricing Worksheet Columns C and D are the variables that are manually inputted and I need a formula in Column E to return the correct Cost data from the Package & Weight Data Worksheet.

    Appreciate your help,
    Adam.

    try this:

    =LOOKUP(D2,'Package & Weight Data'!$B$2:$B$10/('Package & Weight Data'!$A$2:$A$10=Pricing!C2),'Package & Weight Data'!$D$2:$D$10)
