sorting two columns with one of them values for all sheets in different range

Hi every one
I have many worksheets in one excel book and for drawing graphs I need to sort two columns with sorting on dependent column Q (Q=sal1=year so smallest to largest) in every sheets
I should mention that the range of two columns are not constant and from one sheet to another they are different
you can see that the red graph is correct . please help me with the code that apply on columns and return the right cells situation and replace them in current columns (not in other columns or other sheets)
