Conditional Format IF multiple Criteria Met?

    And I'm back, lol

Goal, to highlight a select cell IF

    Cell "A" = "Yes"

    AND

    Cell "B" = any entry

    AND

    Cell "C" = any entry

    Per attached spreadsheet

IF F5 = "Yes" AND A35 has any entry AND Q35 has any entry highlight just L35 with color

As usual, I appreciate any help on this.

    Regards,

    Keith

The CF rule for L35 will be this:

    =AND(F5="Yes",Q35<>"",A35<>"")

Sorry - can't do it myself, as for some reason your workbook makes my eyes boggle!

EDIT: I put my sunglasses on and did it quickly!!!

It wasn't entirely in jest - you do need to think about the look of your workbook - anything too busy can be headache-inducing. Food for thought!
