Exclusion of previous cells' values (not fixed) for random numbers (without duplicate)

Hi,

I have 3 cells of the following excel formulas i.e.

1. Cell A1: RANDBETWEEN(1,10);
2. Cell B1: RANDBETWEEN(7,20);
3. Cell C1: RANDBETWEEN(5,30);

If Cell A1 gives 8, I would like Cell B1 and C1 to exclude this value from random assignment.
Similarly if Cell A1 gives 8 and Cell B1 gives 10, I would like Cell C1 to exclude these 2 values from random assignment.

How should I revise the formulae for Cell B1 and Cell C1 to reflect the above statements?

Greatly appreciate if anyone would be able to advise.
