    My wife is a teacher and needs help with using Excel for grading.

    HI folks, can anyone help my wife with this? She wants to type a value (number), in F6, and have it populate E2, E3, E4 and E5, based on the formulas on the top left of the attached picture. Thanks in advance for your help.

    1. It's always best to read the yellow banner at the top of the page and attach a sample file.
    2. Not sure what you mean to have it populate those cells based on the formulas. Are you saying that instead of multiplying by 100 that the formulas multiply by whatever is entered into F6?

    Sorry I’m new at this. And yes, that’s what she wants to do.

    Still no file attached, but hopefully this will work for you. In cell E2 try this:

    E2=8.5/12*F$6

    continue with the rest (basically replacing the 100 with F$6.
