INDEX formula to pull data from two separate worksheets

    INDEX formula to pull data from two separate worksheets

    On the attached, I am trying to pull data from the Master Tab to show on the Results Tab.

    If column A Master matches column A Results, then show Master column G on Results tab column G.

    So if Zipcode on Master matches Zipcode on Results list CTM from Master on CTM Results.

    I am assuming this is an INDEX command but I keep getting #VALUE as a result.

    Thank you John,

    I must have done something incorrectly in translation as in my larger data set it is not pulling correctly.

    Row 57 & 58 Results is not pulling from Row 511 Master
    Row 121 & 122 Results is not pulling from Row 811 Master

    Any idea what I did wrong?
