Covert Hours into work days when 1 day = 7hours 24minutes or 7.4

Hi all,

I have spent the past 2 days trying to find the correct formula on the internet but have had no luck so far.

I want to convert hours into workdays. 1 day = 7hours 24 minutes or as a decimal 7.4.

For example:

07:24 would convert to 1 day
03:48 would convert to 0.5 days
11:12 would convert to 1.5 days

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe this:

=A2*1440/444

where 444 is the nuymber of minutes in the working day. Copied down. Format as general or number.
