    Conditional Formatting according to Criteria

    Hi Experts,
    I have the file and I need conditional formatting color will be changed according to the criteria.
    IF staus show SOLD column B to D color will be Green
    IF staus show RETURN column B to D color will be RED

    I have attached a screenshot and file.

    I don't see any attempts in your workbook to do this yourself. What did you try that failed?

    So explain what help you need. Do you know anything about conditional formatting? Have you used it before, and if so, what did you try this time?

    Here are the two rules you need:

    Green will be =$A4="Sold"

    Red will be =$A4="Return"

    apply both rules to the entire range in the Applies to ... box.

    My point is that post #1 is a brief.You have not explained what you tried that did not work. In other words, you are just asking us to do it for you without any effort whatsoever on your part.

    The rules you need are in post #5. Now you need to apply them. Make an effort, please.

    Have a look at the attached. Look at the way I have set up the conditional formatting rules as given above. Conditional formatting is on the Home ribbon.
