how to clean up styles or find specific cells using a style

Working with multiple spreadsheets and using copy and paste I do end up with unnecessary styles. I tend to clean these up from time to time but I am not quite happy yet.
Is there a way to easily find out which cells are using a specific style, e.g. under Custom Styles there is a Currency 8 style. I am not sure if I need this but I am reluctant to just delete this style without knowing which cells are making use of it. Primarily all these Normal 151 2, Normal 228, Normal 5 I find annoying and would be happy to just use the same 10 styles all the time. My spreadsheet has 4700 rows and 94 columns and while I could start from scratch
if necessary (with formatting), I would prefer another solution.
