Calculate the value and paste into a cell using a formula

For the formula, we need to first check if the date is after the 9th of each month, thereafter we can enter the value in to N10 after it matches with N9

if the date passes the first, the digit of the D D are added together and mod function is to be used to get the value to under 9 and then enter the result into N10

When the date is between 1st to the 9th, we do nothing
