Count occurrences for IDs and matching criteria

Hi guys,

I have 2 tabs and an urgent questiom

On sheet 1 tab, i want to count an ID i.e 780 which if it is on my first tab ('Main'), in column D AND it has a corresponding value in column H I want this to be reflected in sheet1 tab

For example, 780 exists on my first tab ('Main'), in column D, cell D7 and has a value in column H: reviewer_does_not_have_product. I want this to be counted on sheet1 where it should say in cell G19 '1') - it counts the amount of times from 'main' tab that 780 had been mentioned in column D and had a final decision (column H) which needs to be counted

Don't tell us that it is URGENT, please. To you it may be, but to us it isn’t. If it’s urgent, you should be calling on a consultant, not a volunteer who is giving their free time.
