Excel lookup value and modify value of another cell.

How do I:

This is a sample of a very large data set.

How do I:

At each change in ID (column B), look at column A.

If CH exists in Column A for that same ID, change Training to Training CH
If CH does not exist, but R does, change Training to Training R
