Somehow I ended up with this link to ATPVBAEN.XLA in a workbook sheet and I have tried many things to get it
removed. Can someone tell me how to rid it from the workbook?
I am using excel 97

This is the Excel Analysis Toolpack. It suggests that you are using one more functions from that toolpack in your formulas. In older versions of Excel it shows up as a link. You can uninstall the add-in but it will probably break your formulas if you do.
Thanks 6String, I traced it to my use of mround. Prior to my using it I did not have that link in the workbook and once i used it then the link showed up.
Have to live with it then.
thanks for your help
MROUND is built into later versions of Excel and will not cause this link. You may find that an upgrade to a current version will give you a lot of new functionality. Software can change a lot in 24 years.
