Formulas with text appear with wrong result

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum but would really appreciate your help!

I am doing calculations with text that comes after using &, the problem is that in some cells the results are wrong... You can see the formula on the screenshot attached, and as you can tell, the first 3 numbers are showing up weird. All of the cells are "General" numbers, so I don't know why the formula does not work on all cells... Does anyone know how to fix this?

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

I found the same results.

If the formula is appended with any text (even blank) the results are as your attachment.

Changing the format to NUMBER with 2 decimal places leave the results unchanged: removing the text results in number being shown with correct format.

No idea as to why the row 12 calculation appears O.K

This will fix it:

=(TEXT(K9-I9,"0.00")&" pts")

Commas need replacing by semi-colons for a Eurpoean locale.
