Data Validation List using Unique from multiple rows

Greetings,
I've been working on making my products more dynamic and ran into a issue with creating a drop down list with values from multiple Rows (Or 1 array). From a sequence of Letters that Identify a Location/Station.

I'm looking with make a list with the data from

which spans a variable # of rows/columns.

You cannot use multiple rows & columns for a data validation list.
If you are trying to combine all the values into a single one column list try
