Getting a formula to stop calculating after a certain point

    Hi,
I have several customer agreements that I want to track in excel.
Example: One agreement is worth 50 000$ in total (10 000$ per year) and is valid for five years (Starts 2021 ends 2026) and second agreement is valid for 5 years, starts 2023 ends 2028, worth 60 000 $ in total.

Now I want to create a table that enters the value per year automatically and stops when the contract ends.

Is this possible without using VBA?

    Thanks in advance.

I am unable to download or open the file. Can you please screenshot the excel showing row and column references. What i am trying to solve is. i have values in one row and in another row i am saying if the value is greater than zero put 1. I want this to happen only till the first 1 is populated and then excel should give me a zero. This is a trigger i am using for a calculation. Thanks in advance
