Please help with IF functions :)

Dear excel friends, I would be forever indebted to whoever could help me with IF functions, if that is indeed the correct function. Basically, I have 4 columns of numbers, and I need to generate "positive" or "negative" values based on combinations of the 4 columns. For example, if D2 and F2 are both <=45 then H2 is positive. If E2 and F2 are both <=45 then I2 is positive. If D2 and G2 are both <=45 then J2 is positive, and if E2 and G2 are both <=45 then K2 is positive. Hope this makes sense. I can't seem to attach the spreadsheet for some reason.

Not clear of what you mean by "is positive" Do you mean that there is a formula in H2 and you want it to return a positive number if conditions are met or do you mean that H2 returns "positive"
Assuming the second, then, for example,
=IF(AND(D2<=45, F2<=45), "positive", "something else")
